Phase two of this project was the exterior of the home. There was no need for the pool.

Making room for central stairs rather than on the side as well as a negative slop toward the house which needed to be addressed.

A 32mpa grade slab pored with 2x4 separating the slab.

We filled the contour and sections with black river stone.

Custom made table with director chairs to complete the look for classy entertainment.

Wrong drainage on both sides of the driveway as well as rain gutters placed on the wrong side of the house were causing the walls to slant inward and the garage drain to overflow.

New doors and windows throughout, as well as a more modern exterior light fixture brought this home to a more modern look.

The continuation of the cement slab together with the black river stone made sure you could tell our attention to details.
We added single evergreen shrubs to add some curb appeal with a little splash of a red seating space.
