Built in early 2000 and finished with contractor grade material, it was time to make it look like the house it deserved to be.

As you will see we took a mid-century look, no money was spared.

New African hardwood floors throughout, LED lighting along the stairs topped with new 5inch baseboards to finish the look.

The removal of the dinette enabled us to give the chef a 10 foot island wrapped in quartz.

A window was added to match the existing one to bring the outside in.

New LED spots and pendant lighting over the island completed the look.

Extending the wall enable me to add a fridge/freezer combo as well as a small pantry for the cleaning supplies.

In the ensuite, we changed the entranceway, extending the walk-in closet giving the space to accommodate a double vanity and a seamless shower entry and stand alone tub.

p.s the contractor was not too happy having to install the white penny tiles one by one.. but its all in the details.
